Introduction: DuPont ™ Hytrel® 3D4100FL NC010 is a thermoplastic elastomer wire for melt-deposited 3D printing. It is suitable for all kinds of printers. Hytrel® combines the flexibility of rubber with the strength and processability of thermoplastics, which can be applied to produce flexible functional parts.

 

 

Features:

Hytrel® combines the flexibility of rubber with the strength and processability of thermoplastics

Maintains flexibility after printing; Low sensitivity to moisture during printing; Low warpage and shrinkage

Mechanical properties comparable to injection molding (superior z-direction and isotropic properties)

Available in two hardness levels: 40 and 60 Shore D
